Refund policy

UK Returns

UK customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Any return requested outside the 14 day period may be denied. 

Non-Returnable Items

Used items, personalised items, or goods not in resale condition may be refused.

International Returns

We do not accept international returns unless goods arrive faulty or where required by applicable law.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us promptly with photographs and order details.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, unless a legal exception applies. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party chosen by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If your order includes multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the final item is delivered.
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly before the withdrawal period ends. Where required, you may also use the withdrawal link or electronic cancellation function available on our website.

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the amount paid for the returned goods, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you provide proof that the goods have been returned, whichever happens first.

Unless we state otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when you use your right of withdrawal. If we have not clearly informed you of this before purchase, we will bear the return cost where required by law.
You are only responsible for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and function.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items exempt under applicable law, including personalised goods, perishable goods, sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and other exempt products or services.
